Service is EXCELLENT! Food is always hot and fresh! Best Mexican restaurant in America! We love it! We eat there at least three times a week!

Best place to eat with Family and Friends. Best place to hangout after a long day. Better than the two casa restaurant’s combined. Love the Paintings on the walls and the food is superb. They do it all and tastier. My opinion, their salsa is the best I’ve ever had. I drink it. Not to mention, the quality in being waited on. Only problem this place has, is it can get way to loud sometimes but it is a place to have a great time as I said before. Love this Restaurant.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Richmond. The service is quick and the meals are cheap, which is great for a college student.

This place is great. The service was exceptional. The portions were large and came out incredibly fast. At first I assumed it was like other typical Mexican restaurants in the area, but after eating here I realized this place is a bit more. It is now my favorite in the area.

The pork tacos I’m eating right now are on point! I haven’t been able to sit down for lunch so these pork tacos have just been hanging out for about an hour and they are still SO GOOD. Go get you some pork tacos.

Excellent service! Probably the best service I have had at a restaurant. We both ordered the quesadillas fajita and I had gotten steak and it was amazing. It had peppers and onions in it and they were so tender. The atmosphere was wonderful. Nice music in the background and not too loud but not quiet. It was definitely a place I am going to go back to!! Also..the jumbo strawberry margarita is my fave!

We ate here forn the first time on a busy Sunday afternoon. We were seated within 5 minutes, ordered within another 5 minutes, and had our food within 10 more minutes. Service was good and the food was really tasty. We will definitely be back. Great job!

Great food exceptional service and it comes out fast

This was the first time I had ordered anything from this restaurant. I didn’t receive part of the order. What I did receive was barely edible. The cheese dip was solid with a layer of grease on top from the chorizo. The chicken fajita chimichanga was a soggy tortilla folded in half with just a little bit of chicken, onions, and peppers inside. I didn’t receive the rice and beans that were supposed to come with it at all. My family and I usually go to El Mejor instead and have always received excellent service and good food there. I ordered carry out through Colonel Delivery because it was convenient. But I don’t think I’ll be a repeat customer.

It's great service. This place has amazing food. Its got everything I expect from a restaurant. They have decent restrooms, and there clean. They clean the tables well. Plus I love the decorations, especially the walls.

Nuevo Vallarta is one of the cheapest Mexican rassurants in town and is by far the best. Service is always good and the food is consistently good. I always get the Fajita Chimichanga
